Vardasha was so awesome! I had to bring my vehicle back after I left (from the first issue being repaired) due to a noise that wasn't there before. Turned out it was just a leaf vibrating in the a/c. When I came back, they quickly took care of it with no hesitation at all. All with smiles on their faces! It was a great experience, and I'm thankful Vardasha was so kind. 10/10 Would recommend! More
Extremely disappointed with how they have handled my vehicle at this point (if you can call it that). Kevin Fox has been my service rep for the last 2 weeks and I haven't received any follow up outside vehicle at this point (if you can call it that). Kevin Fox has been my service rep for the last 2 weeks and I haven't received any follow up outside of myself calling in. My vehicle has been in their yard for 5 weeks due to engine issues, scheduled maintenance was for 3/25. However, they did not look into my vehicle until 4/1 after I've called them on 3/28, confirming they have not looked at my vehicle yet. They finally TEXTED me that they would open a Techline due to the powertrain warranty but again, I had to call them on 4/7 to get the direct line to Kia. I've called the customer care via Kia and they have confirmed there is no Techline ticket for my vehicle, in which THEY will have to reach out to the dealership at this point. I had extremely high quality service from Daniel Epstein, who is their saving grace with this review but Carlos, Shawn, Cody/Cory, and Kevin's lack of PROMISED follow up is why I am leaving this review. Schedule with Daniel is the only thing I recommend if you have to go to this local at this point. More

I love the transparency, the kindness, and how punctual they are with the amount of time they say it will take to get a service done. They have free drinks and snacks and truly welcome you. And to top it off, they even give a complimentary car wash at the end of every service. I left there feeling like, "Wow, what a great company." Everyone works well together and does their part well. Carlos at Kia North Austin was so awesome. I was from out of state and had bad experience with another Kia dealership. He got me in straight away.
