Daniel at Kia in customer service has created a Raving Fan out of me. The fact that they honored my failed engine based off of a known recall was incredible. This dealership is the best ever! No pressure at all. Wills seems more like a friend than a salesman. I thought for sure the financing interest would be high because that's what I've seen with other dealerships. I had a loan pre-approved before I came in, but I didn't say anything. I figured when they quoted a high rate I would say something about it. My prapproved loan was 4.7%. They got me financing at 2.7%. My jaw dropped! Still I kept waiting for the catch. There wasn't any surprises. We will be back. They turned an experience I normally hate into something enjoyable. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100. More
