Got same day appointment 45 mins after call, excellent! On arrival was welcome with a kind smile. Service was quick and informative of my experience with hazards with my tires, nothing found wrong. We have been using Kia of North Austin since 2007. We have recently purchased our 11th Kia, and could not be happier! Our salesperson feels like a friend, as we have been using him for about 3 years n We have recently purchased our 11th Kia, and could not be happier! Our salesperson feels like a friend, as we have been using him for about 3 years now. And we have now purchased five vehicles through him. The finance team is fantastic! They are quick and thorough in their explanations very helpful if you have any questions. Love my salesman and my finance persons friendliness and enthusiasm, and their thoroughness and the effort that they go to to make sure that we are super happy with our purchases.
