My experience with the service department was great. I dropped my car off and received a Lyft ride back to work and within a couple of hours my car was ready. While the overall experience was very good, you'd increase sales if staff were more knowledgeable about how EVs worked in comparison to PHEV and BEV models. Knowing about infotainment and general car increase sales if staff were more knowledgeable about how EVs worked in comparison to PHEV and BEV models. Knowing about infotainment and general car operation is good but if I knew nothing about EVs, it would be hard to make an informed choice and likely would NOT have made a purchase. For EVs, having them mostly charged would also help in situations where the customer could drive them home the same day. I had to wait a few extra hours while the vehicle charged that I could have otherwise been driving my new car. For KIA, it would help if they understood the various tax implications to help customers make informed decisions. Fortunately I knew this coming in but many don't. Other than that, the trade-in process was very easy and I got a solid offer for my car. You might consider making your location more obvious. It's not the easiest place to find. It was still a great experience overall and sales/finance were extremely helpful. Delane and co were fun to work with and I was able to stay within my budget. More

First, I came into Kia not really interested after test driving a pre owned vehicle that was not really my taste; However, after speaking with Nick M. (the salesman) who was really great when it came to keeping the vehicle in my price range and his willingness to get the best price for me was seriously amazing! I was able to find the Seltos S that I decided on before the day was over with, which was a very big win for me after visiting many dealerships. Furthermore, the customer service was beyond my expectations as Nick was willing to negotiate prices and explain in detail what my car included. He also assisted with helping me set up my KiaConnect which I wasn't even aware of (very cool btw to control it on your phone) instead of just giving me the car and leaving me clueless on what's what. As a previous Toyota customer, I can proudly say that I am excited to be a Kia customer and hope to continue to be with them from now on!
