Stopped in today to ensure I wasn't part of a recall. The service team took my '23 Sportage back and handed me my keys with a clean bill of safety in about 15 minutes. Worked with Calvin last year, he was patient and attentive and spent considerable amount of time with us in order to meet our needs and we purchased two vehicles from him. Came back a little over a attentive and spent considerable amount of time with us in order to meet our needs and we purchased two vehicles from him. Came back a little over a year later and after in and out of the lobby and going into the lot to look at vehicles for 15 minutes before finally someone approached me (many were just congregated in the front lobby) and of course it was Calvin that came by. Unfortunately some of the attitude from the dealership had changed a little, as they seemed a little less willing to “do what it takes” to do any haggling whatsoever. Likely due to availability, but one of the reasons I purchased the prior year was the dealership not falling into the markup trend like others nearby, but it seems they have gone that route. More
