This is my second Telluride purchase, but first at the North Austin location. It was like night and day--seriously. The first purchase (not at this location!) was awful and this one was fantastic. Mr. Wills P. couldn't have been a better person to work with. It was like working with your Uncle that knows you so well--he took the time to listen to me, he didn't pressure me, and when I told him that I wasn't feeling something, he respected it and found what I liked. It was a long day, but he constantly checked in and updated me on the process, who had my paperwork, what was going on, who I was going to speak with etc. I'm familiar with the Telluride, but he showed me the new features in my 2024 model and even some that I already knew--he was thorough and comprehensive and that's what you want when you are doing business with someone. There are so many things that happened that were right that didn't happen the first time when I purchased from Kia of RR. It truly was a night and day experience and I'm thankful. I already get my service at N. Austin, so I’m going to keep buying my vehicles here—y’all are stuck with me. Also, shoutout to Mr. Richard Williams--very kind man. He explained everything well as we wrapped up my purchase and was interested in getting to know things about me which is a personal touch. Overall very happy. More
