From start to finish he went above and beyond any expectations I had of a car salesman. Buy a vehicle is always fraught with unease, misunderstanding and skepticism. Dylyun was the pinnacle of trust and confidence throughout the whole experience. I came in to look at a used model that he had thought sold earlier in the day. After looking at a few more vehicles around the same price point and wanting to go on a test drive of another model that I was not too particularly interested in, he went to bring the car around. On his way he noticed the original vehicle I was after. Instead of trying to bypass this for convenience or a potential upsell, he grabbed the original vehicle I was after. Honesty and integrity are not often words associated with a car salesman, but that is exactly how I would describe Dylyun. Due to the character qualities I purchased the vehicle that night and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I have purchased over 8 vehicles and this has been my best experience by far. I will absolutely recommend Dylyun and this dealership in the future, and should the need arise for me to purchase a new vehicle, Kia of North Austin will be my first stop. More
