This was the worst experience we ever had for a service department.They replaced the power steering pump when come to find out it was actually the crank shaft pulley. Paid $1300.00 and now they want anothe department.They replaced the power steering pump when come to find out it was actually the crank shaft pulley. Paid $1300.00 and now they want another $1300.00 to replace the crank shaft pulley. This all started in April. It is now September and our vehicle still sits there at the kia service depaertment. I have filed a compliant with the better business Bureau and they answered my first letter but when I responded stting the evidence they never did respond again. They should of checked the crank shaft pulley before they went and replaced the power steering pump, but they didn"t. So my car still sits there. Not answering the Better Business Bureau just shows they know they were wrong. More

I went in to purchase a used SUV but a few days after signing and paying in full I backed out of the purchase. I ended up backing out due to lack of communication in regards to picking up the vehicle. I signing and paying in full I backed out of the purchase. I have never had to back out of a used car purchase; it was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership. I had to make constant contact in regards to getting my money back.
