But, to be fr of the best salespeople I have met, Delane Sheppard. I bought a 2018 Ford EcoSport from him at Kia of North Austin and am very pleased. But, to be frank, the experience was heightened by Delane's courteous manner, his helpfulness, and even his Anime recommendations. I didn't only walk out with a car, but I also came out with Anime series recommendations to watch on Netflix. This is what customer service is all about.
