I was able to get an appointment next day. Zach was my service advisor and he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Answered my questions. I didn't have to wait very long to get the oil changed. Recommendations were made for necessary maintenance tasks but there was no pressure, I declined at this time. Parts folks were friendly as was Christie the cashier. Facility was clean and seemed to be very well run. I didn't purchase my vehicle at this dealership but glad I took it there for service. Will return in the future. More

I had such an amazing experience leasing my K5 from Kia of North Austin.
