My salesman rocks On Monday, September 3, 2018 my husband and I visited Southwest Kia in the hopes of purchasing our first new vehicle. We were greeted by Jason as soon On Monday, September 3, 2018 my husband and I visited Southwest Kia in the hopes of purchasing our first new vehicle. We were greeted by Jason as soon as we arrived and we were even about 7 minutes before opening. Jason was immediately a breath of fresh air and his spirit is amazing. He told us he would get us the vehicle we wanted and he did just that! Also, Vance in finance was a hoot, we enjoyed wrapping up our sale with him. The manager Jason did everything he could to get us approved and we thank him as well. More

Will was very helpful in helping choose the right model car for my uses. He was very aware of what my needs for this vehicle were and had a great intuition my visual wants. He even went so far to take a comment I said about liking black accessories to replace the tire nozzle covers black. As with any good salesman he made you his friend quickly. Would recommend! The financing department is also a pleasure to deal with. Everything is signed electronically on a large tablet and it's super easy to get through. Thanks to Alex for making it so easy! Finally their service department looks top notch. I have never used it myself, but my father has had an experience or two with them. He says it's a quick and painless experience to get an oil change or a tire rotation. By the looks of it they're able to handle most anything. Take this review with a grain of salt as I am a 22 year old having never bought a car from another dealership, but I would insist that this has set what could be a high bar for service and support. Terrible customer service after the sale We were given no opportunity to see car post cleaning and “certification”. All paperwork was done before the car was ready but we were assured it woul We were given no opportunity to see car post cleaning and “certification”. All paperwork was done before the car was ready but we were assured it would look like new. Pointed out couple of issues once they brought it around and salesman said he would get back to us within two days. Only gave us one key. 2017 with 18K miles - we should be given second key. No one will respond to repeated calls or emails. To top it off I discovered yesterday they still have not paid off outstanding loan on our trade in. Worst customer service ever. I want this resolved To my satisfaction. More
