The dealership is modern and brand new, and something we considered the nice atmosphere for future oil changes and service visits. So far, we are very happy with Southwest Kia. They seem to have the answer for several issues we had with our now former unnamed local Ford dealership. Keep up the good work. More

They were not willing to sell at the original price that was posted online 5 days before. Take a screen shot of every car you see online from this place. They lost my business (a returning customer) for good. Situation: Car was listed at 15,000 on Monday, looked at it 5 days later (we live out of town), price went up to 15,495. Talked with a "manager" and asked if it would possible to get this car at 15k out the door price (they gave me a similar deal on another car 8 months before this).....He said it would be possible. Came back the next day to look at it again, offered 15k out the door price which they led me to believe was likely to be accepted. They said they will "not sell it for any less than $15,495", about $500 more than what it was listed for 5 days before. Great way to treat your valued returning customers! By the way, the Car Fax value buying from a dealership found by vin number in excellent condition was $13,730. 15k out the door was a reasonable offer. More
