Service after the sale - excellent! I was pleased to be approved for an amazing car right within my price range. I have been so stressed out about finding a car and my worries are at ease. They took my trade in even though it was super old and had some issues. I had a low down payment and my monthly payments are amazing!!! I’m so happy with my choice and my salesman rich was amazing he actually listened to what I needed and he actually remembered to ask about how my job search was going ,which I was very surprised that he remembered, and that’s how good their customer service is! You definitely will not leave empty handed whether is it a new car or even information to get you one step closer! 10 out of 10 would recommend! More

I went to buy a car, and left with a car. Minimal hassles. The process of buying a car takes too long. Full stop. That said, my experience at Southwest Kia was as good as could be expected. Jason Wimberley was helpful, agreeable and willing to allow me to dictate the pace of the car search. He was candid and personable, making the process as pleasant as it could be. I would recommend this dealership to others interested in purchasing a Kia. More

Justus Bosquez Is An Exceptionally Excellent Car Salesman!!! On 09/30/18, I visited Southwest Kia in Austin TX for an oil change for my 2015 Kia Optima; I loved that care by the way. I digress…lol. As I was w On 09/30/18, I visited Southwest Kia in Austin TX for an oil change for my 2015 Kia Optima; I loved that care by the way. I digress…lol. As I was walking around the showroom looking at the new cars, Justus approached me. Let me tell you, he is a really funny, friendly and personable guy. I was not in the market for a new car, but hey, I am a lady who likes to shop and loves new things. Justus and I struck up a conversation, and I thought what do I have to lose? From that moment the magic began. I traded in my 2015 Kia Optima and got a 2018 Kia Cadenza and luckily they had the color I wanted, Pearl White! An absolutely BEAUTIFUL vehicle. The whole transaction was smooth and transparent! He explained each step in the process which brought a new meaning to….Making An Informed Decision.
