This dealership is ,BY FAR, THE most dishonest, scam artist dealership my husband and I have EVER come in contact with! I can’t even begin to tell you how I feel about this establishment. We went in looking for a car and before we could even look at a car they wanted all of our personal information. We then looked at some vehicles and didn’t see anything we liked. They got VERY frustrated and angry with us because we didn’t want to purchase a car from them. We asked for our personal information back because we felt VERY uncomfortable with the people that were helping us. I still can’t believe this occurred. We were looking to purchase another vechicle and we heard about this location on the TV. We went to Austin and Robert came to assist us. Initially Ron had laid the ground work the day before we came. Ron was off the day we came, so Robert helped us. After Jerry did his magic then we were sent to Cody in finance. There he hepled us . This dealership is so AWESOME and the people are so friendly,helpful,knowledgeable and VERY GOOG at their jobs. They work VERY WELL with other. Such a GREAT bunch of people. This is our FIRST KIa and we are very IMPRESSED. We are loving it and ALL the people that have HELPED us are such a BLESSING! Even the receptionist Jennifer has been awesome. i am from houston tx and was trying to bua a car for my parents that live outside austin area. i found capitol kia on the internet and called and talked to internet sales theresa and she was very sweet an parents that live outside austin area. i found capitol kia on the internet and called and talked to internet sales theresa and she was very sweet and understood what i was doind and needed. i finally got time to go up there saturday 8-20-2011 and bought my parents a new 2012 kia forte. the sales men john and manuel were very helpful and very friendly. treated us like we were family and new us for ever. cody in finance was something else very nice and knew how to handle business. after deal was done john and my mother went out to the car and john sat there and showed her the features of the car what buttons did what <think it might have been an OLD thing> but my parents were very thankful and hope u go and see john and manuel and last but least the good looking theresa.... My salesman Robert was really good and worked with me patiently, and during my visit he never made me feel pressured. I felt like he understood that I was on a budget and he worked hard to get me into th patiently, and during my visit he never made me feel pressured. I forgot some CD'S in the CD player of my trade in and he mailed them to me which I live a hour away from the dealership, so I greatly appreciated that as well. Andre was fantastic and took very good care of me. I changed my mind on vehicles so the had to take me for 2 test drives / 2 different vehicles. This is by far the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle. I did some research and knew exactly the model and trim we wanted. Our salesman, Vance, made sure we went over all of the Sorento's details with us. There was no back and forth games. I made a reasonable offer and it was accepted by Stever, the manager. With the rebates at the time, it came out several thousands below invoice. Brian, the finance guy, even made sure I qualified for a rebate I didn't even think I qualified for. I drove out with a brand knew 2011 Kia Sorento in less than 2 hours. I will definitely buy from these guys again. More

I only had a couple of hours off of work this morning and wanted to test drive the Kia Soul. When I arrived Ben happened to be walking out of the building. He took the time to ask what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me more than one option that suited my wants and needs. He showed me all the features of the 2 vehicles I was looking at including safety features that I was very impressed with. I have purchased 3 other cars and no one has taken the time to do this with me. Then it came down to color. Once I decided on the color, I let Ben know that I had somewhere to be, but he made it all happen so quickly and without me feeling like I was being rushed into a deal. During the process he sat down and walked me through each step and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. The financing guys were awesome! They were friendly and once again explained everything to me but did not take their ever long time like some dealers do. I love that I did not have to sit around and wait just to sit around and wait some more. I feel like I was treated like I mattered to them all and that's a great car buying experience! I am now the proud owner of a Denim Blue Soul with all the features!!!! More
