Heath is awesome! I saw the 2015 Kia Sorento I wanted in Carfax, It is beautiful! I was determined in getting it so I went with my husband to Southwest Kia Austin. There, Heath Adams was very helpful and welcoming. He helped us through the process and made us feel very comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable about cars in general. He did not force us into a deal, situation we have experienced previously in other dealerships, making this buying experience much better. If by any chance I need to get a new car, I would definetely go back to Heath and Southwest Kia Austin. More

Warranty replacement of satellite antenna. Service writer Arturo went above and beyond helping me get my satellite antenna replaced under bumper to bumper warranty. Came in back in March 2018 a Service writer Arturo went above and beyond helping me get my satellite antenna replaced under bumper to bumper warranty. Came in back in March 2018 and got paperwork started and part ordered. Had some health issues that prevented me from coming back in till end of July. Part had been returned and we had to start process all over again. Art cheerfully got the ball rolling again and we scheduled service for the following week. Also had a brake light bulb that was burned out and he took care of that as well. Was told at least 2 hour wait time and the shop completed everything in about 1 1/2 hour, including finding out that an oil leak was caused by a missing washer on drain plug that an "oil change" specialty place had left off. Great overall experience at the new facility! More

Jason wimberley I went to see a camaro I saw online but it wasn't on the lot at the time. Only because there was an issue with a part that needed replacing at a Chevy I went to see a camaro I saw online but it wasn't on the lot at the time. Only because there was an issue with a part that needed replacing at a Chevy dealer. No big deal because Jason assured me the car was just as described online and then some. I decided not to miss out on the great price and decided to go for it anyways. I got approved for the loan and pretty much got first dibs on the car when it was delivered back to the Southwest Kia dealership. Although it was days for the replacement part, it was worth the wait because Jason checked in for me to find out about the status on the replacement part daily. I knew the minute it was back on the lot! After all was said and done, I'm super excited to be in the best car I have ever owned! Thanks Jason! More
