They were too busy to assist our search. Another local dealership tried to sell us a bunch of things we didn’t want or need, and they weren’t willing to negotiate on a used car at all. Wills at Southwest Kia Austin offered great customer service and a willingness to help us find what we needed and wanted. Wills returned to work just to help us and stayed until after closing to ensure everything was done. I was so impressed with his desire to help us.
