Above and Beyond Our experience did not start out that great until we met Heath. Heath went above and beyond to make things right. We arrived at the dealership to view a car that had been listed online only to find that it had already been sent to auction. As we left the dealership disappointed, Heath caught up to us to offer his assistance to go and retrieve the car from auction if possible. We did not think that would happen so we went about our day to look elsewhere. Hours later, we got a text from Heath with pictures of the car at the dealership. We proceeded to make our way back to Southwest Kia to look at the car that he personally recovered for us. My daughter fell in love with it and he did everything to make the deal fair and pleasant. Heath provided fantastic customer service and is a valuable asset for the dealership. More
