Another Sales My daughter leased a car from this dealership last week and was with her dad when they ran numbers agreeing on a set amount that was initialed by both My daughter leased a car from this dealership last week and was with her dad when they ran numbers agreeing on a set amount that was initialed by both parties to be finalized. Once my husband left and my daughter went to finance to sign papers they basically did not explain nothing of what was being signed and never handed her any paperwork once she left. Her payment was not what was agreed upon. She thought her signed paperwork would be emailed to her but upon calling her sales man, Anthony Mitchell, who said he would call her back regarding this never did. When she spoke to Vance he was not sympathetic and gave her her paperwork today in which she had to drive to the dealership to pick up on her time. Yes I know she should've known but the finance department also shares blame in this. I'm very disappointed and after buying 5 cars amongst our family members I definitely do not recommend Southwest Kia at all. If I could give no stars I would. If you need to reach me Mr. Vance Messick you can call my daughter to discuss and get my number from her. I know you know who she is because she just called you today 5/21 7:00 pm and asked for your name in which you only gave your first name and were not interested in pursuing the conversation more. Great service department I have bought two vehicles from this dealer. The reason I have is because the service department is awesome. I am usually there for oil changes plus w I have bought two vehicles from this dealer. The reason I have is because the service department is awesome. I am usually there for oil changes plus whatever flushes for about two hours. At the new place I can watch my car and see my mechanic. My handlers, agents etc... are always professional. Some of the sales staff need more experience but I don't go there for them. More
Amazed! I was told by the lady who booked my appointment that it would take approximately 2 hours to get factory maintenance done on my Kia Soul. I went in ar I was told by the lady who booked my appointment that it would take approximately 2 hours to get factory maintenance done on my Kia Soul. I went in around 9:20am and was greeted by Adrienne who was super friendly and helpful. I informed Adrienne that I had a 9:30am appointment for my car and then asked if I was going to wait for my car or leave, I told her I would wait and she then filled me in on the services offered, ie shuttle etc.. She then shows me the cool waiting area. By 10:54am my car is ready to go which was a lot sooner than the 2 hours I was quoted. Adrienne informs me of what was done as she walks me to my car. Was super impressed with the turn around time for my service appointment and happy that my car was washed and vacuumed. Thank you Kia and Adrienne for being super efficient and awesome! More

This is hands down the WORST car dealership and car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I showed up to the dealership on a Saturday evening with our approved loan from our lender and any information the dealership would need. We were told it was too late to get in touch with the bank to verify our loan information. We said this was fine and we would be more than willing to come back on Monday when they could get in contact with the bank. Our car salesman (who seemed inexperienced and too new to understand what I was explaining) assured us that we could drive away in the vehicle that night if we submitted a new application through the dealership. He said this wouldn't pull our credit at all (anyone who knows anything about loan applications would tell you that this was simply not possible. Also, I work at a financial institution myself so I am more than familiar with the process :) I asked him to explain how we could submit a new application and not have a hard inquiry on our credit. He just said "I double checked with my finance manager and we will submit it a certain way so that it will not pull your credit". I hesitantly agreed and made it clear that the only reason we agreed was because it would not pull our credit. We submitted the application under the guidance of our salesman and "finance manager"( if that's what you want to call them). Received an email from Credit Karma not five minutes later that our credit was pulled (of course) and when we confronted our salesman along with his manager, we weren't given any sufficient reason or explanation as to why our credit was pulled when we SPECIFICALLY asked for it not to be. They tried to give us a "customer care" package at a discounted rate for our troubles and showed no sincere remorse or apology for what happened. Would appreciate the points being added back to my credit report though! Not to mention, the loan ended up being submitted incorrectly after ALL of that, as it was originally supposed to be a joint loan with my husband and the car is solely in my name now. I wanted to just get up and walk out but had already wasted too much time at that point. Learn how to do your job! Awful, terrible customer service and shady, bad business. Please, please go anywhere else!!! More
Best Customer Service I was visiting Austin and I really needed an oil change and was so happy to know that Kia was right down the road. From the time that I arrived to whe I was visiting Austin and I really needed an oil change and was so happy to know that Kia was right down the road. From the time that I arrived to when I left every associate that I spoke with or saw had a smile on their face and greeted me. They had coffee and waters and snacks for the customers waiting and did let me know that I had a recall and they could take care of it right away with not cost of course. I was also able to go check out the new Kia Stinger and I was so tempted. If I lived in town this would really be my go to Kia for anything. More

THEN they told us we were getting a brand new engine under a recall. THEN after they completed it in the time they told us, the drop off was a breeze. I mean thorough, quick, and put our needs first.
