He listened to what I needed and worked to get the price and options that I wanted. The whole experience was actually enjoyable. I don't usually enjoy buying new cars, but Jason acted more as a friend than a salesperson and worked quickly to get me through the negotiation and paperwork. Susan was great in finance. I think I was only at the dealership 2 hours! In the end, Jason helped to drive my new car down to South Austin for me. I am very happy with my Kia Soul Plus! Solid car and great dealership! More

The dealership is modern and brand new, and something we considered the nice atmosphere for future oil changes and service visits. So far, we are very happy with Southwest Kia. We found the shiny new dealership the next day, gave him a call, and he helped us buy that car with an easy courtesy that can only come from lots of experience. The coolest thing was the desk of the finance guy! The whole top of the desk is a magic touchscreen that you sign docs on with a magic pen. A printer then makes your copies of the loan agreements. There is no fine print at this dealer. More

Raised price and would not honor previous online price Set appointment to look at a car and by the time we got there to look at it, the price went up $500. They were not willing to sell at the original price that was posted online 5 days before. Take a screen shot of every car you see online from this place. They lost my business (a returning customer) for good. Situation: Car was listed at 15,000 on Monday, looked at it 5 days later (we live out of town), price went up to 15,495. Talked with a "manager" and asked if it would possible to get this car at 15k out the door price (they gave me a similar deal on another car 8 months before this).....He said it would be possible. Came back the next day to look at it again, offered 15k out the door price which they led me to believe was likely to be accepted. They said they will "not sell it for any less than $15,495", about $500 more than what it was listed for 5 days before. Great way to treat your valued returning customers! By the way, the Car Fax value buying from a dealership found by vin number in excellent condition was $13,730. 15k out the door was a reasonable offer. More

Service after the sale - excellent!
