Great buying experience Andrii helped us, and he was very friendly, honest, and informative, a consummate professional. My previous car buying experiences were pretty terrib Andrii helped us, and he was very friendly, honest, and informative, a consummate professional. My previous car buying experiences were pretty terrible, but Southwest Kia redeemed all that. Andrii was terrific, and the finance person whose name I can't remember also did well. They got me a very acceptable interest rate for the used 2016 Kia Soul + we bought, and they hit my target monthly payment on the nose. Their web site was fairly good, had detailed specs on all their cars, and we were able to locate the car we ended up buying. The only slight blemish occurred when they were checking my credit: they did a hard check when I very much expected it to be soft. I was still in the scouting stage, having only narrowed down the various makes and models I wanted, and so I was trying to get car note interest rate info from various dealerships. I had a SAMPLE car in mind from SW Kia's web site, and I asked for a ballpark rate, giving them the VIN of the car that looked pretty good. Apparently they interpreted my giving them the VIN from their website as an indication that I was much farther in the buying process, and did the hard check. I hadn't even seen the car in person yet -- they should have at least informed me that they were planning on doing a hard check, so I could have stopped them. Obviously, if you're shopping for rates, even if you know the kind of car you want, you can't be enduring a hard check every time you ask, or your credit will be damaged too much. So make sure you spell out what you expect during each stage of your contact with this dealership. It's good advice in general, actually. Other than that, we had a very good experience. I would highly recommend Southwest Kia, and ask for Andrii. More

Jason was our sales person and he worked hard finding us the right car for the best deal, the manager gave us a fantastic deal as repeat customers and Susan in finance was easy to work with and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the deal. They are the best! More
