Will was very helpful in helping choose the right model car for my uses. He was very aware of what my needs for this vehicle were and had a great intuition my visual wants. He even went so far to take a comment I said about liking black accessories to replace the tire nozzle covers black. As with any good salesman he made you his friend quickly. Would recommend! The financing department is also a pleasure to deal with. Everything is signed electronically on a large tablet and it's super easy to get through. Thanks to Alex for making it so easy! Finally their service department looks top notch. I have never used it myself, but my father has had an experience or two with them. He says it's a quick and painless experience to get an oil change or a tire rotation. By the looks of it they're able to handle most anything. Take this review with a grain of salt as I am a 22 year old having never bought a car from another dealership, but I would insist that this has set what could be a high bar for service and support. Above and Beyond Our experience did not start out that great until we met Heath. Heath went above and beyond to make things right. We arrived at the dealership to vi Our experience did not start out that great until we met Heath. Heath went above and beyond to make things right. We arrived at the dealership to view a car that had been listed online only to find that it had already been sent to auction. As we left the dealership disappointed, Heath caught up to us to offer his assistance to go and retrieve the car from auction if possible. We did not think that would happen so we went about our day to look elsewhere. Hours later, we got a text from Heath with pictures of the car at the dealership. We proceeded to make our way back to Southwest Kia to look at the car that he personally recovered for us. My daughter fell in love with it and he did everything to make the deal fair and pleasant. Heath provided fantastic customer service and is a valuable asset for the dealership. More
