Vance was great at explaining all of the financing part. We did not feel rushed and/or pressured. I may become a Kia loyalist 😊 thanks to Wills and Vance. Also everyone that we encountered while we were there was sincerely friendly towards us and each other. I didn’t see any “customer stealing” going on, or any vulture-like behavior that some salesmen exhibit. It was truly a great experience.
