I would give 5 stars were it not for two issues. 1) Information listed online about the vehicle we came to see was not accurate (no backup camera, no power seats). 2) The overall purchase took several hours to complete. With that said, the staff stayed late after closing to complete our sale and gave us time to make sure really understood our options. The staff was very friendly, and Jason Wimberley was honest and personable. He did his job well, but was not overly pushy. He put in extra effort to make sure we were comfortable while we waited for our turn with the finance staff. More

My salesman rocks On Monday, September 3, 2018 my husband and I visited Southwest Kia in the hopes of purchasing our first new vehicle. We were greeted by Jason as soon On Monday, September 3, 2018 my husband and I visited Southwest Kia in the hopes of purchasing our first new vehicle. We were greeted by Jason as soon as we arrived and we were even about 7 minutes before opening. Jason was immediately a breath of fresh air and his spirit is amazing. He told us he would get us the vehicle we wanted and he did just that! Also, Vance in finance was a hoot, we enjoyed wrapping up our sale with him.
