Your family and friends will tell you all the pitfalls of what to look out for, hidden costs, misinformation, being sold something you don't need, etc. At Southwest Kia the experience was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, the folks at the dealership weren't trying to sell me something I didn't need. They listened to what I wanted, gave me options, and walked me through the entire pricing. Outstanding Salesman and Service Me and my husband initially just came to browse at SUV's. I noticed Mr. Will out working in the lotop assisting a customer via phone. My husband was just as impressed with how quickly progressed. That is my "I Love You" gift from my husband. Since I had previously been in a car accident and my car was totalled.
