My first brand new car!!! I came in knowing what I wanted, the new 2020 Kia Telluride after my husband sold me on it. I went in with an open mind thinking I might not qualify. Lauren was extremely patient and just so amazing to work with, she is super sweet down to earth and she made me feel very sure of what I was getting into car wise. After the test drive i was sold and i knew i didnt want to leave without it. We crunched some numbers and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted! Jeremiah was great as going over everything with me financially and he answered all my questions and more. He even let me charge me phone in his computer lol. Do not hesitate to do business with this dealership they have literally made my whole year. When she handed me my keys, she went through all the features with me, too many to remember but very much worth it. The drive home was smooth like butter. If you are not sure about this new kia I can assure you it will be the best thing you have bought. My family and I are going to enjoy every second of it especially when we go on our family trips out of town. Great Experience Using TrueCar and Southwest We were looking to purchase a Kia because we bought a new Kia Optima in 2009 that never had 1 thing go wrong. In our search we used a number of sites, We were looking to purchase a Kia because we bought a new Kia Optima in 2009 that never had 1 thing go wrong. In our search we used a number of sites, TrueCar, Carvana, CarGurus and Autotrader and found that Southwest Kia advertises new and used vehicles on TrueCar. We found a vehicle we wanted and printed out the TrueCar True Price certificate. We met with Sahil Kumar, a non-commission salesman who was friendly and supportive. Sahil had the vehicle available for viewing and a test drive as soon as we got there. We told him we wanted to purchase the car today. He took our True Price certificate to his Sales Manager who reviewed and approved the information. The Sales Manager then offered us a couple of different options that we decided against and went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle we were originally interested in. Sahil made sure to mention all available options for our review. We signed the contract and went to the bank to get a cashiers check to purchase the vehicle. During that time the service department detailed the vehicle for us. Sahil kept us updated through every step of the process. Southwest Kia honored the TrueCar True Price certificate, they did not add any other fees, and they did not try to push any options on us. We felt no pressure because Sahil was straightforward and honest. The only thing that is a small issue is with the finance department. We had to meet with finance even though we were paying cash because they handle the titling and tags. It was a fairly time consuming process if you include waiting time. The finance employee we met with had a rather dry personality which I understand in his position but he could soften up a bit. Southwest Kia was an amazing place to buy a car and I would highly recommend Sahil Kumar, he is a great salesman and will take care of you from start to finish plus he follows up after the sale to make sure things are going well. More
