A great experience My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder for our 16 year old daughter. Our sales agent was Sahil Kumar. Sahil was great and very easy to My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder for our 16 year old daughter. Our sales agent was Sahil Kumar. Sahil was great and very easy to work with. We were most impressed with the fact that Sahil never tried to aggressively sell us the Pathfinder. My wife and I live in Fort Worth, Texas and were traveling to Austin, Texas to deliver some furniture to our son. I called Southwest Kia Austin/183 in the morning on our way down to Austin to see if the automobile we were interested in was still in stock. We were connected to Sahil and after he confirmed the automobile's availability he asked if he could send me a text with his name. Sahil sent me a text introducing himself and requesting that I find him when we got to the dealership. The amazing thing is that Sahil did not spend the rest of the day blowing up my phone asking when we would get there. In fact, I called him at 5 p.m. and told him it would take us an hour to get to the dealership and he said fine and would pull the car up. Sahil's laid back approach continued when we finally made it to the dealership. Sahil gave me a fair, "no haggle" price and stuck to it. It was a great experience. Jeremiah, in the finance department was also great to work with. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and worked my wife and I through several options that fit our needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I went in to the office with a few cars in mind and she would go get the keys and come back with good news. For example, I told her this one car, she left and when she came back she said, "Oh no, that car had its check engine light on, I'm not going to put you in that one". I say that's great news because it showed that she was for the people instead of just trying to throw me into a piece of crap and take my hard earned money. I really am grateful to have worked with her as part of my car buying experience, she made it easy, fun and the whole time respected my budget, that is the most important to me. She never made me feel uncomfortable, she did not push me into anything that I did not want or wasn't interested in. She was transparent throughout the whole process. For me, this was my first car, so I am new to the car buying world, but she did not leave me out of the loop, she explained everything and walked me through the steps the whole way. Perfect car at the best price Had an awesome experience. Got the exact car we were looking for, drove down from Dallas and they had it ready to go for us. Everybody else at the dealership was friendly and nice to work with. And after EXTENSIVE research, this was the best price we could find - it was cheaper than an identical model at another dealer, and ours even came with remote start (the other did not) Would definitely recommend this place. Bait and Switch Tactics Looking to test drive two vehicles; had a lengthy email exchange with Internet Manager Brandon Z as well as Manager Ben to go over the types of vehic Looking to test drive two vehicles; had a lengthy email exchange with Internet Manager Brandon Z as well as Manager Ben to go over the types of vehicles and options packages we were looking to test drive. Also, I specifically asked if we can provide Insurance/License information, to not have a Sales Associate in the vehicle during the test drive. I am aware this is odd for some dealerships (welcomed by many others) I wanted to arrive onsite, be efficient and forego the 30-minute meet/greet. Even scheduled a formal invite. Arrive on-site, greeted by a receptionist. Inform her I'm here to meet with Brandon, and he's aware of everything. She immediately pawns me off to Sahil. Sahil shakes my hand and asks what brings us in, what kind of vehicle interests me? I kindly state that we are there to see Brandon Z; he is aware of us arriving; he is aware of what we're looking to purchase. They can't reach Brandon. Sahil states again that he will help us if we tell him what we're looking for. I am annoyed by this. So I respond the vehicles we are looking to test drive, I give him ID and Insurance information for him to print out a dealer plate and we will be on our way to a test drive without him in the vehicle. He looks confused, and the receptionist seems confused. They state they don't do this; I indicate I have a lengthy email exchange saying they do. Sahil excuses himself to ask a manager. When he returns he asks 'May I ask why you want to test drive a vehicle without a sales associate?' I respond 'Because I asked Brandon Z, with Ben cc'ed, and it was granted.' Sahil replies, 'I'm sorry, we don't do that here.' I thank him for the colossal waste of time, and I inform him that I will write a negative review as this is bait and switch. I email Brandon Z and Ben about my experience. No one replied, ever again. I went back to Toyota and purchased a new Tacoma that very hour. More
