Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. I didn’t feel like I was being crowded by salespeople trying to sell me a busted up car. Wills was an awesome salesman who was more than transparent about the buying process. Again, I can’t stress enough how nice it was not to feel rushed or pressured into anything. Wills let me shop at my own pace and ask whatever questions I needed to ask. More

They would not give up on the problem of my vehicle. Manual was very communicative and helpful from the start. He repeatedly contacted the warranty company to urge them to complete the review process of my problem. I went to SouthAustin Kia to fix the same problem twice. They never fixed it. Manny kept in contact with me almost every day until my vehicle was fixed. Great care and service. Thank you! More
