It was the first time I was really getting a brand new car by myself and I was intimated by car dealerships and worried about inventory. Sydney helped me find my dream car in the perfect color and I was able to drive away in it that day. I got a 2024 blue Kia Telluride and I'm in love with it. Not only did she make my experience successful and productive but it was fun! I also worked with Richard for financing and he was helpful, informative and made the process easy! I highly recommend Kia of North Austin and ask for Sydney, she's amazing! More

Kia of North Austin is the best in Austin, I have friends that bought cars from, Toyota, Nissan & Honda, They dont compare to Kia. How Kia takes care of a customer. I have been getting my Kia serviced f that bought cars from, Toyota, Nissan & Honda, They dont compare to Kia. How Kia takes care of a customer. I have been getting my Kia serviced for almost 6 yrs. The whole team is great, Sales. Service, finance, and the cashiers know me by name. WILLS always told me, when you are ready for a new car, come see me. In 3 hours, we had made a deal. They are great team. WILLS is the salesman to get the job done. I had a very easy car buying experience. I will never cheat on the team. We are a family after all these years. Wills is the salesman that gets the mission completed. From Sales. Finance, Service, & Cashiers. They all are awesome Wills-Sales...Richard-Finance..Vickie & Hannah, Cody & Daniel in service.
