Sahil and my finance guy (not sure what his name was but he had dark hair and dark eyes and had a guy shadowing him) were absolutely amazing! Insulted me with low trade in offer. Had to tell them that LoJack was included in their price according to their website. Had to wait over 2 hours to have the car cleaned up. I have not yet received what I was promised at purchase!!! This dealership would not honor my personal banks financing and would not match their interest rate. I was promised the price of the vehi purchase!!! This dealership would not honor my personal banks financing and would not match their interest rate. I was promised the price of the vehicle would be adjusted to make up the difference. It was not. Then I was promised a check would be sent to me for the difference since I caught the “error”. It has not been sent to me. Also some employees are NOT vaccinated for Covid, deal with multiple customers each day, and still didn’t keep a mask on during my visit. I know this because I was told by the employee. Until I receive the money I’ve been promised, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
