It could be an ID10T error, but who knows. 3-Which counter should be reported to? --This was my first time to the service department. I stood inside the door for almost 6 minutes, looking at the 3 counters (6 stations), and waited for the 1 of 3 CSRs to tell me what to do and where to go. The initial confusion was discouraging.
