The people are courteous and the service techs work efficiently. The only reason for the 4 is that the recalled part still hasn’t arrived and it’s for a front airbag. Just horrific! Did recall work and on time. But disabled and all supports and driver adjustments literally just thrown all over interior. Took me 30 minutes to reassemble just to drive again. The whole experience was smooth. This was the second car we’ve bought from Wills Philyaw, and the man just makes it easy! The rest of the team was great as well; Rich, Susan, and Joshua in the finance depar we’ve bought from Wills Philyaw, and the man just makes it easy! The rest of the team was great as well; Rich, Susan, and Joshua in the finance department worked with me to make sure getting payment to them was easy and at my convenience. Jason, for getting me the most out of my trade in, sight unseen! You really can’t ask for a better experience. Belittled by service rep stereotypical woman car thing.. 3rd time. No oil sticker. Car dirty, glove box contents in seat. Too far to pick up rental and had to return. Paid for oil change week before and had 3rd time. No oil sticker. Car dirty, glove box contents in seat. Too far to pick up rental and had to return.
