The process was no pressure, laid back, very knowledgable, and by far the cleanest dealership I have ever seen! I even changed the model of Soul I wanted mid-stream which didn't phase Ryan one bit. (Ask for Ryan when you go in!) I got to meet Martin Herr (The Kia Guy), and it was like we were long lost friends which we are now. Martin believes in establishing strong relationships that last for longer than the purchase of a car.
