My Wife and I purchased two (2) Tellurides Totaling $80K+ for both vehicles. Dealer did not remove my License Plate from the vehicle I traded in and allowed someone to steal it off of their lot. Police came for both vehicles. Dealer did not remove my License Plate from the vehicle I traded in and allowed someone to steal it off of their lot. Police came to my house at 6:30 AM one morning because car with my old license plate was involved in a hit-n-run. This caused my original Kia Salesman to be fired. They won't hesitate to communicate until they get the sale but absolutely no returned calls after the sale. I have left multiple messages regarding the UVO program on my car which by the way expires after one year and you have to pay as much as $300 to renew but none of this was ever mentioned during the sale. I have spoken to two (2) Salesmen at Kia, Ryan & Marlon and neither one has ever gotten back to me with an answer on the UVO. I'v made multiple calls to the Dealership and have just given up. I wouldn't recommend Kia of Murfreesboro!!! Salesman said they are not an actual Kia Franchise!?!? More
