My Service Advisers were very friendly and explain price up front I was please for my discount they gave me after quoting me the original book price. In particular, I appreciated Aubrey Davis helping me getting my car setup AFTER the deal was done. I've gone with friends to help them buy cars, and more than few times the salesperson disappears after the sale is finished. Not Aubrey. He waited for us after Finance and made sure the vehicle was setup perfectly for me. It's the practical things (like how does the air vent work?) that don't necessarily get covered on the test drive, but Aubrey made sure I understood before I drove off. I also had a couple of small requests as well, and again Aubrey took care of me. I've been involved or assisted in dozens of vehicle purchases - this is easily one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I'd also like to acknowledge the Finance Manager - EVERYTHING was explained in detail, and completely upfront. It's obvious that employees of Kia of Murfreesboro care about the brand and want to sale cars with integrity. I would recommend this dealership. More

Too bad 1 is the lowest!
