Lying bunch of rip off artists. They will take your money on deposit and promise they will order your car. I was told when I left my $1000 deposit that it was non refundable and my car would take 4-6 months to arrive. I had ordered a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX from this dealership. It has been 7 1/2 months (ordered June 14 2022, it's now Jan 5 2023) and NOTHING. They haven't even had ONE of these vehicles on the lot. After contacting Kia customer service with the order number a month ago, I was told the vehicle wasn't even slated for manufacture. It seems that dealerships are required to have a certain rating with KIA in order to have vehicles allocated to them. It turns out Kia of Murfreesboro is rated so low by Kia that they haven't even allocated one of these vehicles delivered to their dealership. Kia customer service also informed me that dealerships are not allowed to keep deposits if cars are cancelled. K of M has suddenly offered to give me my deposit back. Every other dealership in TN has filled most of their ordered Sportages in 5 months or under. I was ASSURED they were doing everything they could and wanted me to get my car. Don't waste your time with these people they promise you the world and deliver NOTHING. They have wasted approximately 8 months of my time waiting for a vehicle that will probably end up being cancelled. Most likely they will blame it on the factory in order to save face. If I order with another dealership, it will be another 5-6 months and the 2024s will be out. More

Everyone we worked with in sales, finance and service was personable and extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure our needs were met! We have a Kia dealership close to us but spent 45 minutes personable and extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure our needs were met! I went to Kia of Murfreesboro to get an oil Change, and some how I left with a Brand New Car. I saw a Sorento parked in the Garage where I sat waiting for Service to finish up. I walked around the vehicle some how I left with a Brand New Car. I saw a Sorento parked in the Garage where I sat waiting for Service to finish up. I walked around the vehicle a couple times and had to see inside. Before I knew it, I was test driving and signing papers with Storm Butler. I am one very happy happy customer.
