Was super nice at first, when he pulled my credit and seen I have 3 open auto loans (all paid on time, NEVER LATE, and nothing negative on my credit), he stopped calling, texting or contacting me at all. I would avoid these guys. And after reading other reviews I’m happy I didn’t buy from them More

My car experience has been dreadful because of supply chain issues. I had to wait over 2 months for a new engine. However, my service provider Brendon R. was available to update me through the whole proc chain issues. I had to wait over 2 months for a new engine. However, my service provider Brendon R. was available to update me through the whole process, did extra work to provide a new engine ASAP, and ended up saving me another 6+ weeks of waiting for a new engine. I really appreciate the work he did, and how available he was during the whole saga of waiting for parts. Cheers to Brendon! More
Don’t sell them your Vehicle (SCAM) I visited this dealer in January to sell my Vehicle. The Sales man had promised me a check for my vehicle after 6 week maximum. After waiting 3 months with no calls dealer in January to sell my Vehicle. The Sales man had promised me a check for my vehicle after 6 week maximum. After waiting 3 months with no calls, emails, or any follow up whatsoever. I reached out myself for an update, I was promised to get the check last Friday (05/06). Now more than 3+ months later the dealer has sold my vehicle and I’m still left without a check. This dealer group has essentially taken my vehicle, sold it, and kept all the profits. I’ve spent time traveling to the dealer multiple times which is about 1 hour from my home, money on fuel (gas is over 5 dollars a gallon now), and stressing over this situation. All I’ve received in return is empty promises and this dealer groups hand in my pocket. Keep in mind we are not talking about a few hundred dollars but more than the average American makes in 6 months. After over 3 months with no money and the vehicle being sold to another person who is also being treated badly, I would call this “business” a SCAM! More
After a couple of very weird experiences at other dealerships trying to locate a Telluride, I was so happy to run across Chris! He was informed, informative and, above all, totally candid and frank dealerships trying to locate a Telluride, I was so happy to run across Chris! He was informed, informative and, above all, totally candid and frank about what the buying experience today is all about. He met every promise he made to me, was happy to answer every question I had, and was whatever the opposite of high pressure is. Thanks, too, to Fred, the Sales Manager, for similarly being straight from the very beginning. Zero surprises, all expectations met or exceeded. Hoping the car turns out to be as reliable as these guys were in all my dealings with them. More
Very unprofessional, called the morning of my appointment to say I would be a few minutes late for my test drive for the new EV6 they said not a problem looking forward to seeing you. Only to get there and f to say I would be a few minutes late for my test drive for the new EV6 they said not a problem looking forward to seeing you. Only to get there and find out the sold the car 2 days ago. Why are you wasting people time? More
Two weeks after I bought my car, the left side mirror fell off when I closed it after parking (it wasn't due to an accident, bumped by anyone, etc.). The manager had told me at the time of purchase tha fell off when I closed it after parking (it wasn't due to an accident, bumped by anyone, etc.). The manager had told me at the time of purchase that if anything wrong came up with the car (within reason) that I should bring it in and he'd take care of it as he said he wanted to make sure customers received cars in good condition. I brought it in and the dealership tried to charge over $700 to reattach it (their 10k parts warranty meant nothing apparently). Now all I have is buyer's remorse. If I wanted a fixer-upper, I would have bought a car from an individual. More
