I had a 2pm appointment just for a simple oil change and was told I would be out of there by 3:15. At 3:30 I asked about my car and it had not even been put into the shop. I was told it would be an additional 45 minutes until my car would even be started on. This was not acceptable. I left without having my oil change. I surely hope when I come back at 7:45 in the morning next Wednesday it doesn’t happen again if so I DEFINITELY won’t be back. More

The work was fine, but the normal checking routine was not. I arrived for my 10:30 appointment early. No one came to tell me anything, even after I flagged down another service person. At 11:45 I went loo not. I arrived for my 10:30 appointment early. No one came to tell me anything, even after I flagged down another service person. At 11:45 I went looking and finally found Alan. He said the car would be done between 1:30-2:00. After 2 it was finished. I was told that since I was using a credit card, there was a 3% charge. Had I known that before my visit, I would have brought my debit card. Not happy with being blindsided. Still it was better than the poor people who waited over 2 hours only to find out the parts weren’t available and they would have to come back. You really need to make some changes. On another note, all the employees were very courteous and polite. More
