Service Deptarment was lousy Funny how the second time for service they didn't give me a survey. First time was great, but I guess that's how they hook you. An hour and a half oil change turned into three hours of misery and frustration. I had to reschedule 2 different appointments. I was there at 7:30 didn't leave til almost 10:20. I love my Kia, but the service dept. was lousy. I have 3 more oil changes given to me when the car was sold, but I'll be hard pressed to come back. More

Service Brandon and Corey were very helpful in resolving my tire issues. Wait over 3 hours - estimate was 2hr. A service advisor came out after an hour and told me what needed done and referred to a 10 year service record which I questioned. 20 minutes later another service adv came out after an hour and told me what needed done and referred to a 10 year service record which I questioned. 20 minutes later another service advisor & said the other svc guy had wrong customer! Finished at around 1 pm, with appointment at 9:45. Services performed were fine and what I wanted done. More

BUYER BEWARE!!Third brake light was leaking when it BUYER BEWARE!! Third brake light was leaking when it rained allowing water to fill my car. Took it in on June21,2019 to be replaced for the second BUYER BEWARE!! Third brake light was leaking when it rained allowing water to fill my car. Took it in on June21,2019 to be replaced for the second time. They couldn’t get the light in before I had to leave FL for 4 months but did the diagnosis taping over the light and told me to call when I got back. When I got back to FL I called to have them order the light. They told me I had to go back in for another diagnosis. The service Manager Corey pretty much called me a liar saying I had not been in. He was supposed to call me back, I called back several times and finally got ahold of him. I brought the car to the service center, showed them where I had the appointment in June, the service technician, Alyssa (she is amazing), immediately recognized me and remembered the problem! I asked to speak to Corey and once again he was MIA for the next several hours that I waited. I left during a rainstorm and thought everything was Ok. The next day I noticed that the service department apparently used a screwdriver to scrape the tape residue off my car damaging the paint. I returned the car on the next work day, they gave me a rental and sent my car to the body shop to paint the scratches. I emailed the manager with no response. I went in asking to speak to the general manager and they put me with the guy who had sold me the car. Basically their attitude was that they threw some paint over the damage they did and I should be thankful. I asked for something in writing stating that they would stand behind their paint job if in the future it didn’t match up with the original paint and they refused. I had been speaking with one of the salesmen about buying a new KIA prior to this but there is no way I will do business with them! More
