MY OPINION from my recent experience at Kia of Leesburg: Several days ago, I made an appointment for an oil change for my Soul. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my 2:00PM appointment today, October 20. I wai Several days ago, I made an appointment for an oil change for my Soul. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of my 2:00PM appointment today, October 20. I waited at least 10 minutes before a service advisor even approached me. I offered that I had an appointment for an oil change. The advisor said "okay, but there are (pointing to and counting cars in front of the bays) 1,2,3,..., 9, cars ahead of you so it will be at least 3 and a half hours". I said "I have an appointment..." He said "they all have appointments too." I left. I drove 30 minutes over from The Villages (and then 30 minutes back) for nothing. Wasted gas, wasted time. I have been to KIA Leesburg many times. Service has my phone number. How about the courtesy of a PHONE CALL if service is NOT ABLE to accommodate my scheduled appointment? MY OPINION is that Kia Leesburg is deserving of ZERO stars not one star (which is the minimum selection here.) More
I have previously used this dealership for maintenance and warranty work and have not been completely satisfied. The last time I brought my vehicle in for a warranty issue Ryan greeted me and went out of and warranty work and have not been completely satisfied.
