The car was sold to me with an ex general manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. Kia of leesburg sold me a car in December. The car was sold to me with an extended warranty. Within 2 weeks of having the car I noticed there was oil leaking on the engine and the car was burning massive amounts of oil. I contacted Kia and brought my car in and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Here we are in May and one of the sensors in my engine went bad so the car would not drive. I had to bring the vehicle to another dealership where they replaced the sensor and they informed me that the engine is in fact leaking oil. I contact Kia and they want $800 to fix the car that they sold me with an oil leak that has an extended warranty. I have left messages for weeks at kia hoping to speak to a service manager or a manger that cares. Unfortunately the only person that has called is Yohan and he is rude, condescending and has absolutely no knowledge about the dealership that he “runs” I am now stuck with a broken car that I have to pay to fix. I am going to continue to contact Kia corporate and the better business bureau. Please be careful while buying a car. I spent over $20,000 on a broken car!!!! More
