After about 3-5 minutes I asked would she step in on behalf of Alan and help me? She said YES! I dropped my head on the steering wheel and was relieved because she was knowledgeable, communicating with me like she already knew me, patient with me when I spoke and I felt like I was part of the KIA of Leesburg Family. I would strongly advise anyone considering Kia of Leesburg to take their business elsewhere. My experience with this dealership has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I ha Leesburg to take their business elsewhere. My experience with this dealership has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had. Over the course of two days, I spent approximately 8 hours dealing with this dealership, only to be met with broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. The entire process felt rushed from start to finish. One of the biggest issues was that nobody clearly disclosed that the vehicle payment would be $639 per month until my mother was already signing paperwork. Had that information been presented honestly and upfront, we would have made a much more informed decision. The finance department was even worse. I specifically told the finance manager not to take any funds from my bank account because I never took possession of the vehicle. Despite my clear instructions, the funds were taken anyway. When I attempted to address the issue, the finance manager was rude, impatient, dismissive, and showed absolutely no concern for the situation he created. I also spoke with Mario in finance hoping he could help resolve the problem. Instead, I was told there was nothing he could do. Rather than helping a customer, he was just as dismissive and unhelpful. At every turn, I felt like I was being misled, ignored, or given a different story depending on who I spoke with. To make matters worse, I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 a.m. and was still there after 5:00 p.m., wasting an entire day with little communication and constant delays. No customer should have to spend that amount of time dealing with confusion, misinformation, and poor customer service. Between the hidden payment details, the unauthorized withdrawal of funds after I never took possession of the vehicle, the rude treatment from finance staff, and the countless hours wasted, I have completely lost trust in this dealership. If you value honesty, transparency, and respect as a customer, I recommend steering clear of Kia of Leesburg and taking your business elsewhere. More

My experience at Kia of Leesburg has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Over the course of two days, I have spent nearly 8 hours dealing with this dea frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Over the course of two days, I have spent nearly 8 hours dealing with this dealership, only to be met with constant runarounds, broken promises, and changing stories. I was repeatedly told that I was approved for a 2023 Kia with only $2,000 down. Then it became $3,000 down. After that, I was told I needed $12,000 down. Then I was told I needed a co-signer. Then the story changed again, and I was told the loan would need to be entirely in my mother’s name. The confusion didn’t stop there. My mother’s required down payment changed multiple times as well—from $3,000 to $5,000 and then back down to $4,000. To make matters worse, after all of these changes and wasted hours, they weren’t even talking about the original vehicle anymore. They switched us to a completely different vehicle, a Ford Edge. Talk about a slap in the face after being promised a 2023 Kia. What makes this experience even worse is that nobody clearly disclosed that the monthly payment would be $639 per month until my mother was already in the process of signing paperwork. That is a major detail that should have been discussed upfront. Instead, everything felt rushed, and there was very little effort made to ensure we fully understood the terms before moving forward. The communication throughout this entire process has been horrible. Every employee seemed to have a different answer, and nobody appeared to be on the same page. We were repeatedly given information that later turned out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or completely different from what we were originally told. It felt like every time we got close to a deal, the terms changed yet again. To make matters even worse, I arrived at the dealership today at approximately 10:30 a.m. and as I write this review it is now 5:14 p.m., and I am still sitting here. That is nearly seven hours in a single day, on top of the time I already spent during my previous visit. No customer should have to spend an entire day at a dealership only to be met with constantly changing numbers, surprise payment amounts, and last-minute changes to the deal. If Kia of Leesburg had been honest and transparent from the beginning, I could have respected that. Instead, my family and I were strung along for hours, given false expectations, and left feeling frustrated, misled, and completely undervalued as customers. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Kia of Leesburg to get every promise, every payment amount, every approval, and every term in writing before wasting their time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
