Alan explained to me and wife the entire process of my service and he even knew that it would take a while. It took three days. He already had made us a car rental reservation at Enterprise. The experience was amazing as my car got fixed. Alan explained to me what was wrong and what was done to correct the problems. He is a consummated professional. Finance office showed us a comprehensive sheet that explained in detail items covered under Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus. We bought the 10 year platinum plus. Now however, the only information that can and has been provided to us is in your legal terms and NOT customer friendly. I've tried to get more simplified detail, but now no one there seems to be able to provide this. I don't think this is fair. More
