I do enjoy this location; the employees are usually very nice! Although the last two times I went I left with issues. I went initially for a tire rotation which no one had informed me I didn’t need one and nice! Although the last two times I went I left with issues. I went back a few days later to get it addressed and after waiting for over an hour I left again only to find that the problem persisted. No one told me what was fixed or what was wrong… they just let me go on my merry way. Five stars for being nice to me, but I still think I’ll not be returning unless I specifically map out what I need, want, and gain every facet of work that was done to my car. It’s brand new and shouldn’t have these issues. Two years old with 5,000 miles on it. More

Went to have my brakes checked and took about 20 mins. or so. They said they were ok but said they had parts in stock so I said do it. Two and half hrs later I was on my way home. The service men were so nice and helpful & i got my car back in just a few hours with everything fixed. I also was able to get a ride home from their driver while waiting for my car which was really conven back in just a few hours with everything fixed. Was told that the issue with my car was a result of the oil after a 2.5 hour wait. After another hour, I was told it wasn’t actually the oil, but rather the crank shaft that was causing the issue. When I received my bill, it was >$100 over the cost because I was charged for both the wrong repairs and the correct ones. More

They make you get a reservation for an oil change days in advance and yet I had to wait 75 minutes before they even touched my car. They are way overbooked.
