Brought in to service center to fix a dashboard warning indicator and when our led up they’d identified a recall issue and made sure it was fixed before I left. Would have gotten 5 stars but, I never recei indicator and when our led up they’d identified a recall issue and made sure it was fixed before I left. Would have gotten 5 stars but, I never received a call from the service department reference what diagnostics came back To provide me with an estimate or explain the issue and provide a turn around time when I could pick up my vehicle. Had a brake job done here. Car was shaking & jerking around at times, and at other times riding perfectly smooth. They identified the problem and resolved the issue. Also gave me door to door ride serv around at times, and at other times riding perfectly smooth. They identified the problem and resolved the issue. Also gave me door to door ride service between my home and the dealership while I waited for the repair to be completed. Problem identified and resolved in same day. Will definitely be back for future auto needs. There was some slight confusion when scheduling the appointment initially, but I think it was due to how they have to operate during the pandemic. More
