I was quoted a price over the phone for a new battery. But when I went to pay, the cost was more than double what I was told on the phone! The service department staff that answered the phone were not friendly, and made it seem like you were bothering them to call . I spoke with 2 different people and they were both borderline rude and not prof not friendly, and made it seem like you were bothering them to call .
