Showed radio display problem to Service Writer on 9/07/2023; problem documented on Service write-up. I needed an engine inspection due to an intermittent issue I was having. None of the other dealerships in the area would do the inspection without requiring me to leave my car for 6 to 8 days and get a issue I was having. None of the other dealerships in the area would do the inspection without requiring me to leave my car for 6 to 8 days and get a rental or charging me $189 for the inspection. Kia of Lansing did the inspection the day of my appointment and free of charge! They also offered to transport me to work or the store, while I waited. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. And they have an amazing coffee station in the lobby! I highly recommend Kia Of Lansing over any of the dealerships in the area. More
