I made an appointment for a security software upgrade recall a couple of months ago. When I made the appointment I was told to expect 1-1.5 hours for the service. When I arrived for my appointment one of recall a couple of months ago. When I made the appointment I was told to expect 1-1.5 hours for the service. When I arrived for my appointment one of the service men acted rudely and like I was inconveniencing him and said it would be 4 hours. I looked shocked and said I had been told it would only take and hour and a half at most but that I didn't have a choice but to wait because I came from Parma and had waited 2 months for an appointment. Another employee came and was much more professional and told me he would get me out as soon as possible and was very helpful. I am sorry that I don't remember their names, but the second employee redeemed the experience of being treated so rudely by the first. More

The dealership made communication easy by utilizing text messages. They also stayed within the price originally quoted for the service and even adjusted the final bill to the original quote. Longer than expected wait, but the staff was excellent. I needed a key made, and they only had half the parts in stock. They programmed the transmitter but I don't have the actually key yet.
