Appointment for trunk recall. S/u ride with KIA to be to work by 8:30a. Was told to wait because they already knew they were going to order a part. Should have ordered the part when I called. Could have done the inspection and replaced the part at my appointment. If something showed up on inspection I could have come back. Now I have to come back anyway when the part comes in. Not considerate of my time. Not time efficient for Kia either, especially when it takes so long to get an appointment. More

Everyone is pleasant to deal with but I had my car in on a Friday for an oil change and I verified that brakes were checked during the oil change. The following week I brought it back and discovered I neede a Friday for an oil change and I verified that brakes were checked during the oil change. The following week I brought it back and discovered I needed new brakes. Apparently the brakes were not checked during my oil change. Service depth made it right and reduced the cost of the break job. More
