I needed to have my tires checked. 2 were bad and in need. The other 2 were still ok. Nicole got me pricing within 15 minutes because she had to outsource the tires. I had a SIMPLE oil change. No communication when service was finished. Got a call from driver and I was not ready to be picked up from work. Driver had to come back. Had to find it in the line up. Returned home where the car was parked for 3 hours. OIL LEAK! Called KIA. Now I need to return the following day. I was told KIA opened at 7 a.m. Arrived 710 a.m. No one available to see why the oil is leaking until after 8 a.m. Had to leave the car and and get a ride to work AGAIN. I have pictures of the oil plug with 2 washers on it. I was told the plug was not put in properly. Really? This is a DEALERSHIP not a fly by night oil change business. You employee staff who can't put an oil plug in properly? I have had so many issues with the engine on this car that I feel like not putting the oil plug in properly was a way to sabotage the vehicle so KIA doesn't have to warranty the new engine anymore.
