I came in while I was on a road trip with my family and we got a flat. Robert helped me find the right tire (the last one!) and got me and my family back on the road very quickly. The service was outright ridiculous. Telling me get drive it till it gets worse,after be stolen two time's them haven more of year then I did. And costing me total of 4200. I typically don’t have issues with Kia but this service took almost 2 weeks and every time I called to ask it seemed like they had an attitude. Service was not very good. I also have this problem when I have my tires rotated.They want to charge me for the tire rotation even though I purchased the tires from them.I would think that they would have records showing that I purchased the tires from them and not have to point it out to them.Not sure if I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for any major service other then my regular oil changes. More
