Express Service I noticed that the sign out front promising 25min oil change was missing but I still come back and usually received very prompt service anyway. I have a Kia and they are up to date on any recommended factory maintenance and give me the option to refuse without hassle. I was a little taken aback this visit by the windshield repair sales person offering to fix a small chip in my windshield while I waited, and that it would be no cost to me/my insurance covers those things... I appreciated the offer but did not like the fact that the salesman knew my name and which car was mine and sought me out in the waiting room... not a knock against the dealership though- they do good work!
