Oil change and accessories / glass chip I was able to get my appointment quickly and the day and time I desired. They changed it for me, with a smile, when I needed to move it up. Found a ch I was able to get my appointment quickly and the day and time I desired. They changed it for me, with a smile, when I needed to move it up. Found a chip in my windshield and coordinated payment with my car insurance company. Alerted me for the need to replace filters and car was ready within an hour. Love KIA! More

They would tell me it was going to be ready and every time I called I was told I needed to wait another week. The fact that I had to call every time on the day they said it would be ready was upsetting. Especially with the answer of “not yet” every time. It wasn’t until I spoke to Devan that I was offered a loaner vehicle. I am just disappointed with the lack of communication. The only reason I am content right now is because of how Devan made me feel like I wasn’t completely forgotten about. More

They’re quick and efficient Well it’s not a close dealer for me but I have a service contract I have to have serviced through this dealer specifically. Everyone is polite and helpful and they move relatively quickly. My only issue is I’ve come in and constantly referred to my full service contract and yet everytime no one seems to be able to see that I have it. They continually try to bill me for covered services. Until I mention it. I sent my fiancé in last visit to get an oil change and change out filters and they charged her. Now we have to drive an hour back to get a refund. There should be some way that these contracts get highlighted on your customer profile. The first time she went in and mentioned the contract during a separate visit they swore it didn’t exist. And it took almost an hour to verify, luckily I keep our copy of the contract in the glove box. I feel like the service guy is trying to be so nice he skims what’s being said and doesn’t really listen. He’s really nice but it’s become apparent mentioning certain things before they start the service falls on deaf ears because as soon as he goes into evaluating what the car needs he mentions things I’ve just said, but not in an agreeable way where it seems like he’s verifying the concern. He’s going through like I had no idea, it’s almost condescending but I honestly don’t think it’s intentional. All’n’all the service is good though. More
